Account Information

When you create a FeeShield account, we generate an anonymous account ID and a 12-word recovery key. No email address or personal information is collected. If you connect a wallet, we collect your public wallet address (which is publicly visible on-chain).

Wallet Data

When you import wallets for trading, your private key material is encrypted and transmitted securely to our backend solely for the purpose of executing trades on your behalf. Keys are held in memory only for the duration of a transaction and are not persisted to disk.

Trading Data

We collect trade execution data including token addresses, trade amounts, transaction signatures, and fee savings calculations. This data is used to provide fee savings summaries, execute trades, and improve our service.

Technical Data

We automatically collect browser type, extension version, platform usage (e.g., which supported trading platforms you use), error logs, and diagnostic information to maintain and improve the extension.

Referral Data

If you participate in our referral program, we collect referral codes and track referral relationships to distribute rewards.

Subscription Payment Data

When you subscribe, we record the transaction signature of your payment on the Solana blockchain. We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or any traditional payment information. All payments are made in SOL or USDC.

We use the information we collect to:

• Execute trades on supported Solana platforms with reduced fees
• Calculate and display your fee savings
• Authenticate your account and secure your sessions
• Process referral rewards
• Process subscription payments and verify active subscriptions
• Diagnose technical issues and improve extension reliability
• Communicate service updates and security notices

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Solana blockchain: Transaction data is submitted to the Solana network, which is publicly visible by design
• Infrastructure providers: We use third-party hosting and infrastructure services that may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process

Your data is processed on our backend servers and stored in encrypted databases. Wallet key material is handled with industry-standard security practices. All communication between the extension and our backend occurs over encrypted connections. Session tokens are rotated regularly and can be revoked at any time by logging out.

FeeShield requires certain browser permissions to function:

• Storage: To store your authentication tokens, wallet data, and preferences locally
• Side panel: To display your fee savings dashboard
• Cookies: To read session cookies from supported platforms for authenticated trade execution
• Declarative net request: To intercept and redirect trade requests on supported platforms, reducing your fees

FeeShield only activates on supported trading platforms (currently Axiom, Uxento, and RapidLaunch). It does not monitor, intercept, or modify traffic on any other websites.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trade logs and diagnostic data are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and service improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format

Note: Because FeeShield accounts are anonymous with no email or identifying information, account recovery is only possible with your 12-word recovery key. We cannot verify account ownership through alternative means.

FeeShield interacts with third-party trading platforms (Axiom, Uxento, RapidLaunch, and others as added). These platforms have their own privacy policies and terms of service. FeeShield is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the privacy practices of these platforms.

FeeShield is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the extension or via email. Your continued use of FeeShield after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
